Once the library hold is cleared, you do not have to place the transcript order again. The ordering system checks several times throughout the day for cleared holds and processes a transcript request within a few hours after it has been cleared. You will receive a text when the order is complete.
Refunds are not given if replacement costs are paid and items are later found.
